The Accounts Page has a number of feature, including access to current and past invoices for your rota.

A - Account Summary

  • Shows the current balance due and number of subscribers
  • Shows who the invoices and statements are emailed to

B - SMS Tokens

  • SMS tokens are purchased in advance
  • You can purchase from the offered quantities.
  • An invoice is generate after you purchase.

C - Master Account

  • You can have invoices and SMS tokens from other rotas consolidated onto this one.
  • To add a rota to this account it needs to be trial status, i.e. one that you have just set up.
  • Alternatively contact our support and we'll do this for you.

D - Account Entries

  • You can click on an invoice number to view/print the invoice.
