Day View
From Wiki
The Day View page enables authorised users to manipulate the calendar for that day, either pushing staff onto the rota or pulling staff by using the unfilled options. This page uses a popup for editing, so ensure your browser is not blocking them.

Unfilled Positions
These are taken from the Minimums by Shift levels. What is shown is the difference between the minimum defined levels for that day and the staff already allocated. In the example you can see that the alternative minimum level is signified.
Groups
Groups are mainly used to organise staff by the person responsible for them. Thus, pages like this are easier to use if they only show relevant staff. The administrator responsible for a group should be a member of it too, that way the display will always default to the group view, although the option to see other groups will remain.
Refreshing Data
The program has an automated refresh system which decides whether certain data routines are run. This saves unnecessary database actions.
When an automated refresh has occurred, the date will be shown alongside the green arrows. If you feel that the data hasn't refreshed, (i.e. the unfilled isn't what you expect, you can manually refresh it by clicking the refresh button.
