Events

This part of the program is designed to help manage staff where posts are filled per event. For example, stewards and security at a sports event, waiters and chefs at a function. In addition to the staff rostering, there are other features which will enable the planning of events.
- You can filter the list by location and switch between future and past events.
- The upcoming shifts of future events are shown, whether filled or unfilled.
- To view/edit the event details and staffing, click the view link.
- To create a new event, click the New Event tab.

View/Edit an event
- On this webpage you can enter notes pertaining to the event, and separate notes for the staff. The latter notes will be accessible to all staff attending the event.
You may also create staff posts for this event. You can either create
- a quantity of unfilled posts
- directly allocate a person to a post. If doing so you'll see his relevant working schedule when you select his name.
