If shifts are changed for the current day, this could have an impact on other working staff or administrators.

theRota has an optional setting so that an email can be sent by the server to a defined group of email addresses.

The following activities will trigger the automated emails:

Adding, changing and deleting working shifts within:

• DayEdit
• QuickFill
• WeekView
• Swaps
• Volunteer

How to set up

Go to Set Security

Check the box, and enter email addresses separated by a semicolon.
