Master Account is the method by which organisations with 2 or more rotas can conveniently group them together in order to share scheduling details and accounts information.

Combining billing to a single account

Firstly, a master account is simply a rota. In fact every rota is initially a Master Account in that it is responsible for its own billing. If you allocate another rota to a Master Account, it means that the Master Account will handle all billing and accounts details for that 'sub' account. The Master Account will also handle the SMS tokens account.

How to set up a sub account

  • Go to Account
  • Look for the Master Account section
  • Enter the rota name you want added to this Master Account. NOTE: Only trial rotas can be added here. If the rota to be added is no longer trial status you need to contact the website administrator to do this for you.
  • In the example below we are logged into SAMPLE (the Master Account) and are adding a sub-account WESTERN to it.
