There are 2 different types of menu you can use

• The side menu

This shows by default, and gives easy access to the main features of the program

• The dropdown menu

This enables you to use the full width of your screen for displaying data by holding all the menu items in an unobtrusive dropdown list.

General user access to the menus

Only level 0 and 1 users (i.e. administrators) can see these menus. User levels 2,3 and 4 can't see or access them. If you are new to this system we strongly recommend you try logging in as a user level 2, 3 of 4 so you can see how this works.

Controlling administrator access to the menu

User level 1 staff are given selective access to the menu items, and this is determined by the your system administrator in Set Security. By default, they have very limited functional access, so after setting somebody to user level 1 the sys admin need to visit Set Security to enable specific functions for them.
