This page enables the administrator to hold useful documents and forms within the rota. This means that staff at remote locations always have access to current version.

Features
Only the following document formats can be uploaded:-
- .doc (MS Word, etc)
- .xls (MS Excel)
- .pdf (Adobe Reader)
- .txt (simple text)
- .zip (zipped up file)
- .jpg (image)
- For each form uploaded you can determine which user level is able to see & download it.
- The online documents are visible in the Contacts page.
- Limited to a maximum of 20 documents per rota.
- This page is only accessible to user level 1 where this option is ticked in Set Security

Uploading a document
- With [Upload a new document] selected, click on the choose button. This will enable you to browse your local computer to select the file.
- Choose a user level that is allows to see the file.
- Make a note. We suggest at least the name of the form.
- UPDATE!
You'll see it listed in the right.

Modifying a document
You may need to upload a new version of a document or change its description.
- Use the select dropdown to find the document you want to edit.
- If uploading a new file, click the choose button.
- Modify the user level and the note.
- UPDATE!

Deleting a document
- Use the select dropdown to find the document you want to delete.
- Select 'Delete' from the User Level dropdown.
- UPDATE!

Viewing or downloading a file
Click on the symbol in the View column. Depending on your browser, the document will either open or prompt you to save it.
