This page enables the user to create a list of user emails which can be easily exported to your email program.

How to use this page

Using the dropdowns in step 1, various groupings can be selected. For example, any group, location or job title. Additional staff can be manually added by checking their box.

Once you have selected the staff, simply click the 'Click here to initiate your email'. Clicking this link will cause your email program to open and the selected emails will be shown in the 'to' field. From here, you can then write and send the email as you normally do.

Privacy Note: By sending in this fashion you are revealing your staff's emails to each other. If this is a concern, we recommend that you cut and paste the recipient list into the BCC field instead.


An extra feature!

Sometimes you may need to send an email to all people working on a particular day. This can be done by first going to the relevant Day View page. You'll see the link shown below. Clicking on the link will take you to the Send Emails page and the staff who are working will be checked ready for you to send an email to them.
