Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
The Rota Company specialises in web-based rota management and other related business tools. Additionally, we use our experience in this sector to assist subscribers and non-subscribers in devising shift patterns for their workplace.
2. Detailed requirements
In order to assess the scope of work we will ask the client workplace to send us full details concerning their
- existing workplace routines
- objectives in changing a rota
- positions in rota that need to be filled
- overtime policies
- details of staff that are available to fill shift positions
3. Scope of our work
In response to the client's detailed requirements we will produce analysis and advice pertaining to this scenario, together with some suggested shift rotations, and will be commensurate with the hours defined in the quotation. This will take the form of
- correspondence by phone, email, messaging etc.
- emailed report with relevant attachments
- assistance (if required) in setting up the pattern on our website.
4. Limit of Liability
The Rota Company warrants only that the hours quoted will be genuinely used to provide shift pattern advice for the client, using the information given by the client. The response/s given in (3) will represent time taken to address the issues provided in (2). No guarantees or liabilities are given or accepted.
5. Our Quotation
After receiving your details from section (2), we will send a quotation for the number of hours required to produce a shift pattern. The hourly rate is £35.
6. Acceptance of Quotation
