Unfilled

Unfilled items are those which remain for each day where working shifts are deducted from the Minimum by Shift. These are shown in Day View, Quick Fill and Week View. Refer to those pages to see how unfilled shift are handled in each page. This page lists unfilled, allows navigation to the respective Day View and enables unfilled shifts to be opened/closed to volunteers as well as inviting somebody to fill a shift.

The following image map explains the main features.

A	Clicking on a date will take you the the relevant Day View, where the administrator may fill a shift.
B	Clicking on a slot will take you to the Invite page where a person can be invited to fill the shift.
C	The current status of the shift can be changed between open and closed. An open shift is available for qualified volunteers to fill.
D	An asterisk indicates that the shift was created in Make Appointment and is not part of the Min by Shift definitions.
E	A warning triangle indicates that this day is within the current broadcasted period, and as such is more urgent than days beyond the current broadcasted period.

Multi open

Clicking each shift to open for volunteers could be long-winded, so the multi-open feature enables the administrator to open a group of shifts according to any combination of day, job, location or shift.
